HOLOS One-Day Reset Class

An immersive, in-person training designed for first responders and tactical professionals. Guided by a HOLOS instructor, you’ll learn the HOLOS Protocol—science-backed, field-tested tools to optimize body, mind, and mission under stress. Walk away with practices you can apply immediately to strengthen readiness, reduce burnout, and sustain long-term performance.

• 20 seats only per class

• Tuition includes:

  • 8 BLEOST-certified CE hours (non-Mississippi students should confirm acceptance with their training officer)

  • Garmin watch provided for each student

• Student requirements: bring note-taking materials, snacks, and water

Important:

• Minimum 10 students required to run each class

• Payments may be made by "purchase order" through Department or Agency; contact [email protected]

• Registration closes 2 weeks prior to the class date

• If minimum capacity is not met, students may request a refund (email [email protected]) or roll registration to the next class

• All other payments are nonrefundable
