Human Performance & Resilience

Jeff Kahn

Jeff Kahn’s journey in the fitness industry began at the age of 13, where his passion for strength training first took root. In 2014, he transformed that passion into a profession by earning the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), followed by the USA Weightlifting (USAW) Sports Performance Coach certification.

Jeff’s career began in the private sector, where he trained athletes ranging from youth to professionals. He later transitioned to the collegiate level before returning to the private sector to help launch and manage a highly successful sports performance facility specializing in the development of collegiate and professional athletes.

In 2019, Jeff joined 2nd Battalion, 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne), which led him to Fort Bragg, NC for Special Forces Assessment and Selection (SFAS). After selection, he entered the tactical strength and conditioning field, remaining at Fort Bragg.

In 2025, Jeff jumped at the opportunity to fill the role of full-time Strength and Conditioning Coach and Human Performance & Wellness (HPW) Coordinator for 2nd Battalion. His approach to HPW is deeply rooted in his faith, emphasizing authenticity, consistency, and leadership by example. Tactical Readiness & Resilience

JM

JM’s career reflects a lifelong commitment to elite performance, service, and protection—on the streets, in combat zones, and behind the wire. He began his journey in the Marine Corps Reserve Infantry, deploying to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Following his military service, JM spent nine years in law enforcement, with seven of those years assigned to specialized units including Street Crimes and SWAT, where he operated in high-risk environments requiring sharp instincts, team cohesion, and resilience under pressure.

In 2018, JM returned to the military, earning his place in Army Special Forces as an 18E Communications Sergeant. He has since deployed to Iraq in the fight against ISIS as part of Special Operations missions supporting regional stability and counterterrorism. His operational experience across both military and law enforcement spheres gives him a rare, cross-disciplinary perspective on what it takes to lead and perform at the highest levels.

Over time, JM developed a deep passion for human performance—particularly the physical, mental, and emotional demands placed on warriors and first responders. Today, he is dedicated to ensuring the people on the front lines have the tools they need not just to survive high-stress environments, but to thrive in them. Whether through training, mentorship, or performance-based programming, JM remains focused on sharpening the edge of those who serve.
